Disney is promoting incredible offers in advance of the annual virtual event, Disney Plus Day, which began on September 8 in full.
Currently, a Disney Plus subscription costs just $1.99 per month, a significant discount from the regular $7.99 per month cost. However, if you want to stream all the new episodes and movies the streamer will be launching this week, you’ll need to act quickly because the offer is only valid through September 19.
There is already a full schedule of new content coming to the streamer for Disney Plus Day, in addition to dozens of unexpected announcements that are anticipated to happen over the weekend. The two highlights are the release of “Thor: Love and Thunder” on streaming services and a brand-new Tom Hanks-led “Pinocchio” adaption.
New behind-the-scenes sneak looks at the making of “Thor” and the recently finished “Obi-Wan Kenobi” series will also be available to subscribers. Chris Hemsworth, Taika Waititi, Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, and Tessa Thompson are among the celebrities who have been interviewed for “Marvel Studios Assembled: The Making of Thor: Love and Thunder,” while the “Obi-Wan” limited series is featured in “A Jedi’s Return” which also features Chris Hemsworth.
It goes without saying that a Disney Plus subscription will also grant you access to the platform’s enormous collection of original shows and films, which includes works by Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar. So despite the fact that “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” was one of the most popular new episodes to premiere on the streaming service last month, everyone is eagerly anticipating “Hocus Pocus 2,” which debuts on Disney Plus on September 30.
