Natural Products Expo West returned to Anaheim in March with a wide range of food and beverage companies presenting new products and updated lines. Among them, three brands under the Kayco Beyond portfolio offered a clear view into how everyday grocery items continue to evolve. Dorot Gardens, Wonder Juice, and Craize Snacks each focus on a different part of the kitchen, but share a common approach centered on ingredient clarity, ease of use, and repeat consumption.
Dorot Gardens
Dorot Gardens focuses on cooking essentials through frozen garlic and herb cubes designed for direct use. The brand, established in 1992 and owned by Kibbutz Dorot in southern Israel, sources crops from thousands of acres of farmland before processing them through a rapid freezing method intended to preserve flavor and nutritional value.
The cubes are pre-portioned and stored in the freezer, allowing users to take only what they need for each recipe. That format addresses a common issue with fresh herbs and garlic, which are often purchased in larger quantities than required and can spoil before being fully used.
“Our Dorot Garden freshly picked, flash frozen garlic and herb cubes are pre-portioned with a long shelf life in the freezer. Consumers can use exactly what they need, reseal the package, and keep the rest in the freezer. With the long shelf life, there is also no wilting or spoilage,” said Michele Abo, the general manager of Kayco Beyond, the parent company behind Dorot Gardens, Wonder Juice, and Craize Snacks.
She added that the products deliver “all of the nutritional and taste benefits of freshly picked herbs,” while reducing preparation time and eliminating waste.
The result is a format that keeps cooking consistent while removing steps like chopping and measuring.

Wonder Juice
Wonder Juice approaches the beverage category through cold-pressed juices made from fruits and vegetables. The lineup uses organic ingredients and avoids added sugars and preservatives, with each bottle designed for everyday use.
The brand has expanded its range with additional green juice blends that combine leafy greens, fruits, and spices. Ingredients such as kale, spinach, cucumber, beet, and cayenne appear across the lineup, reflecting continued interest in beverages tied to hydration and energy.
“We are seeing strong interest in beverages that support hydration, energy, and everyday wellness. Our 100% organic, cold-pressed Wonder Juice items fit naturally into that space because the blends rely on whole vegetables and fruits,” said Abo.
The products offer “a clean, flavorful option” with no added water or sugar, and the cold-pressed process delivers “all the flavor and nutrients of freshly squeezed juice.”
Within a crowded juice category, the emphasis remains on straightforward formulations and consistent sourcing, with products positioned for daily routines.

Craize Snacks
Craize Snacks enters the snacking category with a corn-based cracker inspired by the arepa. The product combines elements of chips and crackers, offering a thin, crisp texture that can be eaten on its own or paired with toppings.
The crackers are produced using a griddling process rather than frying and are made with olive oil instead of seed oils. Ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and spices are incorporated directly into the dough, creating both sweet and savory options.
“Craize starts with the arepa, a traditional corn dough from South America. We then blend in all-natural fruits, vegetables, and spices and utilize a proprietary, fire griddle technology to produce a wonderfully flavorful snack cracker with our signature Craize snappy, crispy crunch,” said Abo.
She noted that all flavors are seed oil-free, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher, and pointed to the brand’s 2026 sofi Gold Award in the Crackers & Crispbreads category as recognition of both flavor and product format.
The result is a snack designed for flexibility, functioning as both a standalone option and a base for toppings, dips, or shared plates.
Where Everyday Convenience Meets Ingredient Clarity
With Expo West now concluded, products from Dorot Gardens, Wonder Juice, and Craize Snacks are already making their way into kitchens and grocery aisles across the country. Consumers can find them through online retailers or in stores that continue to expand their natural and specialty food selections.
As brands like these continue to scale, the gap between everyday staples and better-for-you alternatives continues to narrow. What was once limited to niche shelves is becoming part of routine shopping. For now, these are the kinds of products increasingly showing up in regular rotation, whether in home cooking, daily beverages, or snack choices.
